GLETSCHER MANIFESTO
Planet Earth. Our Cradle and Star Ark for all life and humanity. Looking into the endless, lifeless and merciless Cosmos you realize that it is Survival that is the main essence, program and main goal of all life on Earth. Only the realization of Survival as a global planetary Program, in which the evolutionary interests of all life, not only man, are built in and intertwined, will help us cope with the threats that the deadly cosmic space and time bring us.
In the last hundred years, the technological development of Mankind has proceeded at a fantastic pace, which has provoked a very contradictory historical landscape. Bloody World Wars, technological breakthroughs, amazing economic ups and downs of entire countries, continents and global worldviews.
All of this ultimately affects negatively the global natural processes that determine life on Earth, and enters into acute contradictions with them. In fact, we find ourselves faced with constantly emerging new threats to the existence, no longer just of individual plant and animal species, but of all life on the planet.
This requires a clear awareness and obliges all people, states and companies to work together to form comprehensive global solutions. Use them not in the medium term, but right now, to ease the existence of people and territories and ensure free access to the first products of survival, such as energy, water and food.
These problems must be solved first and foremost with environmentally sound, green technologies for generating energy from alternative, renewable natural resources.
It is necessary, through the development of existing technologies and the creation of new ones, to integrate them into global natural processes, taking into account the specifics of particular territories. It is necessary to maintain a balanced and sustainable compliance of these technologies with the living and moving qualities of natural processes unique to each region of the Earth. This must be done while interacting with nature, understanding the complexity of its energy potential, and building into the development strategy an opportunity for each place on earth to preserve and reveal its uniqueness through a sustainable energy localization and the beauty of human interaction with the living uniqueness of nature.
GLETSCHER PROGRAM
GLETSCHER is a consortium of partners formed for realization of Projects meeting the above requirements, which has gathered a unique team of specialists and leading world companies, sharing similar views, and able to realize a project of any technical complexity in the shortest possible time according to the highest world standards.
The name of the Program GLETSCHER proceeds from the technology name GLETSCHER GENOME and proceeds from understanding of the fact that any living natural construction on our planet, not only human, has its internal program code, its genome and such, live interconnected complex natural phenomenon as the Alpine Gletscher (Alpine Gletscher) undoubtedly lives by its most complex internal laws, has its genome. We have recreated it with the ultra-modern GLETSCHER GENOME technology. The basis of the technology is “Know How”, protected by a group of green energy patents, which allows us to collect and concentrate low potential heat from the environment, turn it into cold, electricity and condense moisture from the atmosphere.
The first pilot Project of the Program is GLETSCHER CITY, which will spread on the shores of the Indian Ocean in the Gulf of Oman along the mountain range of the Emirate of Al Fujairah.
Beautiful mountains, sulfurous springs, milder climate is a distinctive feature of the Emirate of Al Fujairah and makes it one of the most beautiful and green corners of the United Arab Emirates.
The format of the Project is unique and revolutionary in its objectives, scale and complexity. It is here most effectively show itself technologies GLETSCHER.
The Project will include residential apartments, hotels, shopping malls, indoor and outdoor water park, its own sandy beach, a diving zone, spa, fitness, ski slopes with amateur sports and children’s slopes, snowboard parks, tubing, toboggan slopes of great length, trails for cross country skiing and snowshoes with access to videotapes and much, much more. The scale of the interior space allows us to talk about creating a full-fledged ski resort in all its diversity.

He is a strong supporter of the international GLETSCHER Program and sees in it a unique potential for territorial development. His main duties in the council are to participate in the development of the global strategy of the GLETSCHER Program, work with governmental organizations, institutional funds and investors.

Founder, co-owner, permanent director for 40 years, until 2005, of the Austrian ski resort “PLANAI” in Schladming (www.planai.at). The resort “PLANAI” is among the ten best in the world. He is the initiator and creator of the world’s largest ski region under unified management “Ski Amade”.
Albert Bayer is one of the world’s most respected experts in the ski industry.
He is a consultant to the International Ski Federation (FIS) on the organization of major international events such as the Olympic Games, Championships and World Cups. His main responsibilities in the Board are the formation of the global strategy of the GLETSCHER Program, interaction with specialized organizations and the world’s largest manufacturers of ski equipment.
Member of the South Korean Presidential Standing Committee on Economy, Science and Environment. Vice-President of the South Korean Nature Conservation Association. Member of the Interstate Advisory Council for the Peaceful and Democratic Unification of South and North Korea.
Founder and President of Nine-N Co., Ltd (South Korea), construction and energy project management. Main responsibilities in the Board – participation in the development of the GLETSCHER Program strategy, management and supervision of the consortium consisting of major South Korean contractors.
Member of the Imperial Family, second generation member of the Ayukawa House.
Owner and Chairman of the Board of Directors of NISSAN CLOBAL Corporation (Tokyo, Japan). Her main responsibilities on the board include developing global strategies, interacting with government agencies and investment funds in Southeast Asian countries in the orbit of influence of the Imperial House of Japan.

Abdulaah Heydjan’s companies work in cooperation with the world’s most famous design brands and architects such as Foster and Zaha Hadi. The comprehensive approach and the highest global competence allow the Aden Metal Yapi Sistemaeri Group of Companies to win the world’s largest construction tenders.
Founder and first director of the sports and educational holding Russian Ski School (RGS). The holding includes more than thirty organizations of profile orientation. Author of the concept “Development of recreation and recreational areas of the Russian Federation”, approved by the Interdepartmental Council of the Russian Academy of Sciences under the leadership of Academician A. Nekipelov.
Head of the international Program GLETSCHER. Main responsibilities in the Council – participation in the development of the global strategy, participation in the practical implementation of the Program GLETSCHER, control over the management of local projects, engineering and technological support.
